Copy our 2 step process to build a brand following

Easy DIY you can start implementing today

As you’ll discover, Hala is the new kid in the block. We are on the same growth journey as you are and we thought to share some of the things that has been working as well as proven plans which are on our roadmap to implement.

Engage the law of scarcity

If you are building a product, it is best to create artificial scarcity instead of flooding the market with your product. This is more so when you are just starting out and don’t have the financial war chest to battle it out against the industry established Behemoths. Never mass produce your product, leverage scarcity to drive demand. If you restrict access to your product, the market views it as premium and sold out so the next time your products pop up available, it will create a rush. Overexposing your product could ultimately lead to its death especially in a saturated market. You often feel the need to be visible label. But reversing the popular narrative and limiting supplies has been really effective if history is anything to go by. What you want to focus on as a consumer brand is to keep demand always higher than supply and this would keep people anticipating your product and unlock a loyal brand following.

Build great products

Generate discussions around the internet by utilizing unconventional designs and building great products. Apple is known to be great at design. Tesla builds remarkably efficient cars but they also stand out because of their design - ha e you seen the truck? If you are able to get people to notice your product and debate its features or design, you are half way there. Discussions often leads to sales.
